Alumni appointed as Lord and Lady Justices of Appeal
We are delighted to congratulate the University of Oxford alumni who were appointed as Lord and Lady Justices of Appeal in June 2025.
The alumni appointed to the Court of Appeal are as follows:

These appointments represent a significant achievement for our alumni and their contribution to the highest levels of the judiciary.
The appointments were made by His Majesty The King on the advice of the Prime Minister and the Lord Chancellor following the recommendation of an independent selection panel chaired by the Lady Chief Justice, Baroness Carr.
