Lisa Völzmann

Lisa is a DPhil candidate in Socio-Legal Studies funded by the University of Oxford's Faculty of Law. She conducts legal and empirical research on data purchases by EU institutions, bodies, and agencies, under the supervision of law and regulation Professor Bettina Lange.

She is a Guest Lecturer in European Law at University College London, a Tutor in Competition Law and Policy at the University of Oxford, and a Research Assistant to competition law Professor Ariel Ezrachi.

Previously, Lisa worked as a Research Assistant for the Weizenbaum Institute, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and a German law firm, as well as a Tutor of European Law at Birkbeck, University of London, and Civil Law at Humboldt University.

Lisa holds a law degree with honours from Humboldt University of Berlin and spent an Erasmus exchange year at University College Dublin doing courses at the school of law and computer science.
