Change Manager (Continuous Improvement)

Position Description

The Change Manager is responsible for fostering a culture of ongoing enhancement across the Faculty by identifying opportunities, leading change initiatives, and evaluating impact. This includes:

  • Leading service reviews and gathering feedback to identify and prioritise improvements
  • Developing and implementing change plans and performance measures
  • Embedding continuous improvement into everyday operations and encouraging staff engagement
  • Monitoring the progress and impact of initiatives and reporting to senior leadership
  • Managing risks and supporting change through training and coaching
  • Engaging with external partners to benchmark and adopt best practices.
